Starting July 6, the St. Joseph County Department of Health's main COVID-19 vaccine clinic is relocating to the main lobby of the County-City building at 227 West Jefferson Boulevard in South Bend.

The new clinic's hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Walk-ins are welcome but you can also schedule a time at ourshot.in.gov or call the library at 574-282-4646 for assistance.

The old clinic at St. Hedwig Memorial Center closes June 30. Individuals who got a first dose at the St. Hedwig Memorial Center can get their second dose at the new clinic in the lobby of the County-City building.

Face masks are required for individuals who are not fully vaccinated.
