A Monmouth University Poll just released today has Pete Buttigieg polling highest in Iowa in the crowded Democratic field.
According to the poll, four candidates are positioned near the top spot in Iowa's caucuses with Buttigieg getting support from 22%; Joe Biden is at 19%; Elizabeth Warren is at 18% and Bernie Sanders is at 13%.
Compared with Monmouth's poll done in August, Buttigieg has gained 14 points.
The poll report indicates Buttigieg has gained ground among every major demographic group in Iowa since the summer.
