When schools across the country closed their doors earlier this year, many before and after school programs closed with them. Since then, programs like these are more widely sought after by families as caregivers return to work and students return to virtual learning.
Today we talk to after school program leaders to find out what the early stages of the pandemic looked like for their programs, the challenges they faced, and why they're continuing to work and stay open this fall.
