Elkhart Police have released information on a deadly shooting that occurred Monday night.

On June 22, 2020 at 10:12 pm officers were dispatched to the intersection of Cone and
Woodlawn Ave in regards to a shooting with injuries that occurred near the intersection.
Officers arrived on scene and located a victims with gunshot wounds. A 50 year old male
was later pronounced deceased.
Officers secured the scene and called in Detectives from the Elkhart County Homicide Unit
to work the case. There is no immediate threat to public safety. There have been no arrests at this time.
