The three disaster recovery centers set up in Indiana after record late winter flooding will close permanently this Saturday.

The centers in South Bend, Elkhart and Utica were created to help people impacted by the flooding fill out applications for assistance through FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the state.

Applications and assistance will still be available online and by phone. The centers will be open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. then will close.
