Indiana Lowers Vaccine Age Eligibility To 50; Options For Teachers As Well

Indiana Dept. of Health

NEW: Gov. Eric Holcomb just announced Indiana has lowered the age eligibility threshold for getting the COVID-19 vaccine to age 50 as of today.

Hoosiers can visit https://ourshot.in.gov and select a location from one of nearly 400 clinics around the state.

Holcomb announces he is getting his vaccination this Friday. Holcomb also says that based on an announcement from the Biden administration, teachers will be able to get vaccinated through the federal pharmacy program.

Vaccination clinics that are part of the federal vaccine program, including those at Meijer and Kroger, appear on the clinic map at https://ourshot.in.govbut are scheduled through those retailers’ platforms, not through the state centralized system.
