Indiana State Police have announced the investigation into the killings of Abby Williams and Libby German is taking a new direction.
Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter will make an announcement about the case Monday at noon in Delphi on behalf of the Multi-Agency Taskforce that has been investigating the murders of the two girls that occurred in February of 2017.
Police are inviting the public to attend the event which will be at the Canal Center. Doors will open at 11:30 Monday morning.
