It's an extended Independence Day weekend celebration when we gather on the island behind the Century Center in South Bend Friday, July 5th for the second Meet Me on the Island event for the summer. It's the second event in WVPE's 2019 Four Winds Entertainment Series. Music will be provided by Darryl Buchanan's Soul Motown Allstars. WVPE thanks the Navarre Hospitality Group for supporting this event. Fireworks will cap off the evening brought to you by Visit South Bend Mishawaka. The fun starts at 5:30pm and wraps up at 10pm. Our co-hosts at the South Bend Museum of Art will also have an artist's marketplace on hand along with food and beverages.
