The South Bend Police Department is releasing information about gunfire at a bar early this morning.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit is leading the investigation following a shooting at Kelly's Pub this morning at 1150 East Mishawaka Avenue. One person has died and there are multiple others injured according to South Bend Police.

South Bend Police say possibly as many as ten other victims were injured in the gunfire.

WVPE's Justin Hicks is at the scene and counts more than 100 evidence markers at the crime scene. He also reports at least one victim showed up right after being released from the hospital (still in scrubs and with medical tape on his arm) trying to get his car released from the parking lot. Since the area is now a crime scene, no one but investigators have access.
