St. Joseph County Dept. Of Health Offers Mobile Vaccine Clinic In Walkerton

There’s a new opportunity to get a COVID-19 vaccine in St. Joseph County. The health department will operate a mobile clinic in Walkerton on Friday, May 21. 

  • Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
  • Location: Walkerton-Lincoln Township Library (406 Adams St.)
  • Vaccine type: Pfizer
  • Eligibility age: 12 and older
  • Walk-ins: Yes

According to the county’s COVID-19 data hub, Walkerton has the second-lowest vaccination rate in the county. Only about 25 percent of eligible residents in the Walkerton zip code have been fully vaccinated, well below the county total of 39 percent.
