Three Elkhart Co. Vaccination Clinics Announced For April & May

The Elkhart County Health Department will hold several COVID-19 vaccine clinics over the next month.

The Elkhart County Health Department has announced several opportunities to get the COVID-19 vaccine over the next month:

April 17 (Saturday)

  • Hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Location: Elkhart Memorial High School (2608 California Rd.)
  • Vaccine type: Moderna
  • Eligibility age: 18 and older
  • Walk-ins: Yes

Second doses will be administered at the same time and place on Saturday, May 15. Attendees should park in the student/athletic parking lot off CR 3 and enter the building  through door 12.

April 20-24 (Tuesday-Saturday)

  • Hours: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Location: Tolson Community Center (1320 Benham Ave.)
  • Vaccine type: Pfizer
  • Eligibility age: 16 and older
  • Walk-ins: No

Second doses will be administered from Tuesday, May 11 to Saturday, May 15 at the same time and place. Anyone under age 18 must have a parent present in order to receive a shot.

May 20-22 (Thursday-Saturday)

  • Hours: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Location: Goshen High School (401 Lincoln Way E.)
  • Vaccine type: Johnson & Johnson
  • Eligibility age: 18 and older
  • Walk-ins: No

Since the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only requires one dose, there won't be a follow-up clinic.

You can register for all of the above clinics through the state website or by calling the Elkhart County Health Department’s bilingual call center at (574) 523-2106.
