Benjamin Mattingly was seen drinking and driving in the parking lot of the Elkhart County Prosecutor's Office in June 2023.

Joseph Wood, 22, was arrested by South Bend police on suspicion of drunk driving Saturday. He was previously pulled over on suspicion of DUI in Oct. 2022 but not arrested.

At his initial hearing Monday in Allen Superior Court, Mayor Tom Henry admitted to driving while intoxicated over the weekend.

State Representative Mary Cavanagh (D-Redford) appeared in court Wednesday for pre-trial proceedings related to an alleged drunk driving incident.
