Soldiers for Peace takes a deep look at why a significant number of Vietnam veterans felt compelled to oppose the war rather than simply try to put it behind them when they returned home. Through first-person storytelling, it explores the way their conceptions of patriotism changed and evolved as their faith in the Vietnam War and the American government dissolved.

 

Garrison Keillor will not perform at Goshen College in May following allegations of inappropriate behavior against the popular public radio personality.

Goshen College says it is cancelling the performance scheduled for May 6th as part of Goshen College Music Center’s performing arts series.

Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media severed ties from Keillor after allegation surfaced of inappropriate behavior during his time as the producer of ‘A Prairie Home Companion.’

The Writer’s Almanac and rebroadcast episodes of The Best of A Prairie Home Companion will no longer be heard on WVPE.

Following allegations of inappropriate behavior against Garrison Keillor, Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media are severing ties with Keillor. MPR’s weekly music and variety show with host Chris Thile will continue broadcast but will be renamed.
