Don't miss Kennedy's Kitchen tonight on 88.1 WVPE. The group is featured on The Wild Rose Moon Radio Hour at 9pm.

Recorded before a makeshift audience in the cellar of Wild Rose Moon Performing Arts Center just prior to  the advent of sheltering in place as a result of  the COVID-19 epidemic, the show features interviews with many of the band’s leading band members.

Kagey Parrish and Laura Wortman of The Honey Dewdrops share some of their beautiful ballads this week on the Wild Rose Moon Radio Hour.  Along the way, they discuss the mystery of songwriting, their discovery of Appalachian music (on the West Coast), and the story behind four of their songs—including the stunning ballad, Rainy Windows.  In addition, they’ll be playing their heartfelt piece, For One More, a song about the willingness to make space for strangers at our table.

WVPE was pleased to host Kennedy's Kitchen live in studio for "The Back Porch" with Al Kniola on Sunday, July 28, 2019.  The band played music off their new CD "The Whiskey of Truth" which will be available later this summer.

This local Celtic band is a staple on the Michiana music scene.
