The WVPE photo of the week is called "Spring Is In The Air" taken by Dave Musser in South Bend.
It was taken during early April in South Bend. Front and center is a small ornamental weeping tree covered in dense white cherry blossoms, its branches cascading downward like a floral umbrella almost touching the ground.
