City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation presenting the Rhapsody Arts and Music Festival.
This family-friendly event takes place in the heart of the city at Island Park located in downtown Elkhart on Friday June 12th and Saturday June 13yh . Live music, artisan vendors, food, and a Kids Zone will be featured. Friday nights headliner is King Bee and The Stingers and Saturday’s is Tege Holt.
