WVPE's Photo of the Week is of frozen fruit in Berrien County. This image was actually submitted to us late in 2019 by Dave Coulston of Niles. The snow and the fruit captured in this image seem representative of how the seasons can clash. A timely reminder as we look ahead to the offiical start of spring on March 20th.
