Join us as historian Glory-June Greiff, a professional narrator and performer will be presenting a first-person program of the successful Hoosier naturalist, novelist, and photographer Gene Stratton-Porter. She will reminisce about her early life on her Wabash County farm, tell of her beginnings in writing and photography, and will be reading from some of her fiction and non-fiction pieces.

The program takes place on Thursday, September 7th and begins at 7:00 pm EST. The museum is located at 112 E. Michigan Street in New Carlisle. The event is free and open to the public and is being underwritten by the New Carlisle-Olive Twp. Public Library.
