Vanessa Scott

Vanessa Scott is a new staff member of WVPE as of March 2014, but a faithful volunteer since 2007. Vanessa is responsible for managing the office, assisting the station manager in personnel, administrative, and financial, matters.  In addition, she maintains FCC required records and EEO compliance for WVPE while preparing documentation for annual audit of the station’s financial status. 

She maintains and manages the annual budget, at the same time, entering business (underwriters) and foundation payments into Marketron.  She serves as a backup to the Membership Department especially during campaign drives and runs month-end budget reports.  A life-long resident of Elkhart, Vanessa is a mother, and grandmother, she enjoys planning events, spending quality time with family, decorating and traveling.    

Vanessa is a graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where she earned her MBA.
