She has over 20-years of marketing advertising experience in electronic media and digital as well as implementing marketing plans using billboards, radio, TV, and cable.

Yolo is WVPE's noon news anchor/host with more than eight years of experience in the TV and radio news industry. Her experience is unique as she was the first to launch a professional Spanish radio newscast in 2016 at a local station. Yolo is a graduate of Goshen College, a business owner and a mom of three young girls. When Yolo is not working, you can find her volunteering on boards, nonprofit events, or spending time with her daughters and husband.

John Stephens joined WVPE in April of 2023 in the role of Underwriting Account Executive.

Lisa Barnett de Froberville is a writer and managing editor at Edible Michiana magazine. She has childhood roots in South Bend and has enjoyed living in—and eating her way through—places as diverse as Austin, New York and Paris. She teaches French at Ivy Tech Community College.

Olivia Sipocz is a lifelong Michiana resident. She graduated from Purdue in 2016 majoring in Computer Information Technology, and is remotely studying Library Science and Archiving at IUPUI as a grad student. She hopes to combine her loves of computer programming, historic preservation, and radio broadcasting in the future. She produces chiptune music and plays guitar in her spare time, and is an avid enjoyer of the local music scene.

Logan Layden is a native of McAlester, Oklahoma. He's a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master's in Journalism and spent three years as a student employee, covering the state capitol and local host of All Things Considered for KGOU. Logan was hired as a reporter for StateImpact Oklahoma from its creation in 2011 through 2017.

Stan Jastrzebski has spent a career in radio, with postings as News Director of NPR member stations WFSU in Tallahassee, Fla. and WFIU in Bloomington, Ind., and time as a reporter at WGN Radio in Chicago and WIBC Radio in Indianapolis.

As the new Coastal Reporter, Jesse Hardman will draw on 15 years of worldwide experience in radio, video and print journalism. As a radio reporter he has reported for NPR, BBC, and CBC, and for such familiar programs as Marketplace, This American Life, Latino USA, and Living on Earth. He served as a daily news reporter and news magazine producer for WBEZ in Chicago.
