Annie Rocha's mother told investigators that her daughter had told her that a man had been harassing her at the store but she did not tell co-workers or Martin's management, and prosecutors don't know whether it was Sanchez.

Annasue "Annie" Rocha, 19, was killed Jan. 27 while working as a cashier at the Elkhart Jackson Boulevard Martin's Supermarkets store.
