One of the cars displayed a sign saying that "weapons" shown in the video were "props for entertainment," to honor their late friend, 21-year-old Martin Murillo of South Bend. But St. Joseph County Sheriff Bill Redman says the incident was not entertainment and he's considering whether to forward cases to prosecutors for potential criminal charges.
