The city plans to install a new splash pad and playground next year, and they'll host an Open House Thursday to seek input on two options for how to build them.

"I think every time I come to an event like this, all I see is just happy people," said volunteer Judy Chapman. "Everybody’s enjoying themselves. Everybody’s loving each other."
