The St. Joseph County Council Tuesday night will consider a resolution formally giving the council president power to remove meeting agenda items.

The South Bend Common Council's attorney, Bob Palmer, cited a city ordinance in declining to identify the council members who will be the subject of complaints at the public meeting.
