Agriculture accounts for about 9 percent of greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S. A recent United Nations climate report says to reduce those emissions, people need to eat less meat. 

That would mean big changes in a state like Indiana. It's one of the top states for livestock — like hogs and turkeys — and livestock feed, like corn.
