ROMULUS, Mich. (AP) - Officials say a woman allegedly tried to open an exit aboard a flight from Indianapolis to Detroit but was restrained by fellow passengers.
A spokeswoman for Detroit Metropolitan Airport says the woman may have been suffering from a medical issue and was restrained until the plane safely landed Monday night.
The woman was taken into custody, but the airport says a preliminary investigation suggests the woman didn't have criminal intent. The FBI is also investigating.
