South Bend Mayor James Mueller sent a letter Friday to the Special Prosecutor Ric Hertel, who investigated the death of Eric Logan.
The letter and attached questions seek further information and evidence gathered in the course of the Special Prosecutor’s investigation, and asks that official statements and other information be released to the public.
