Under a new Indiana law enacted this year, Notre Dame Law students and the Volunteer Lawyers Network Tuesday helped over 100 people seal past evictions to make renting housing easier.

Portage Township Trustee Jason Critchlow said he wanted to avoid reporting the incident to police until he learned the boys had been recently vandalizing and stealing from local organizations, and alternative approaches apparently haven't changed their behavior.
