Community Calendar

Los estudiantes de 5 a 15 años pueden unirse a nosotros todos los viernes para clases de baile latino en el Goshen Theater. El grupo de nivel principiante (5 a 10 años) se reúne de 4:00 p. m. a 5:00 p. m., y el de nivel intermedio (a partir de los 10 años), de 5:00 p. m. a 6:00 p. m. Las clases comienzan el 18 de septiembre de 2026. El costo es de $10 por clase. El 12 de diciembre de 2026 a las 12:00 p. m. se realizará una presentación final para mostrar lo que los estudiantes han trabajado durante el semestre. Las clases serán impartidas por Nelitze Guillarte. La instructora informará sobre cualquier costo adicional relacionado con el vestuario una vez iniciado el semestre. Cada estudiante recibirá dos entradas gratuitas para la presentación final.

Students 5-15yrs can join us every week on Fridays. Beginner Level (5yrs~10yrs) meet 4PM-5PM and Intermediate Level (~10yrs+) meet 5PM-6PM for Latin Dance studio at Goshen Theater! Classes begin Sept. 18, 2026. Tuition is $10/class. A final showcase will be held on Dec. 12, 2026, at 12PM, to show what students have been working on throughout the semester. Instructed by Nelitze Guillarte. The instructor will share any additional costs for costuming once the semester begins. Each student receives two free tickets to the final showcase.

Strand of Oaks is the musical project of Goshen native, Tim Showalter. For more than twenty years Showalter has been on a conceptual journey to expand his musical world. Releasing nine records over his career. Strand of Oaks has toured the world, appeared on multiple late night television shows and gained critical acclaim. Showalter played “Hoosier” on the FX series Mayans MC for two seasons and continues his work in acting.

Born in Goshen, Indiana, Showalter now resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and two cats. He spends most of his time painting and working in his yard.
