  • Vaccine type: Moderna

  • Walk-ins: Yes

Second doses will be administered at the same time and place on Saturday, May 15. Attendees should park in the student/athletic parking lot off CR 3 and enter the building  through door 12.
April 20-24 (Tuesday-Saturday)

Second doses will be administered from Tuesday, May 11 to Saturday, May 15 at the same time and place. Anyone under age 18 must have a parent present in order to receive a shot.
May 20-22 (Thursday-Saturday)

  • Location: Goshen High School (401 Lincoln Way E.)
  • Vaccine type: Johnson & Johnson

Since the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only requires one dose, there won't be a follow-up clinic.
You can register for all of the above clinics through the state website or by calling the Elkhart County Health Department’s bilingual call center at (574) 523-2106. You'll need to bring an ID card to your appointment, or another document with your address and date of birth, like a utility bill, bank statement, pay stub or lease agreement.
