Buttigieg Releases Year-End and Q4 Fundraising Results

In a news release sent out New Year's morning the Buttigieg campaign says it has raised more than $24.7 millionduring the 4th quarter of 2019, bringing thetotal raised to more than $76 million since the beginning of 2019.

 

Buttigieg's campaign also say that it ends 2019 with more than 2 million donations by more than 733,000 individuals.

 

The campaign says 98 percent of contributions were less than $200, and the average contribution was approximately $38. In the fourth quarter alone, 326,000 individuals contributed to the campaign, with an average donation of roughly $33.

On Jan. 1, 2020, Pete Buttigieg's successor as South Bend mayor will be sworn into office. James Mueller takes the oath of office at the Century Center in a program that starts at 3pm.
