On Monday night, the South Bend Common Council approved a tax abatement for the redevelopment of 321 W. Wayne Street, a century-old warehouse. The redevelopment will include a brewery with the first duckpin bowling lanes in Michiana.

The city administration expects the expansion to be largely finished in time for the start of the 2025 season.
