Approximately 50 police cars, firetrucks and ambulances gathered at the Century Center and then made their way to Beacon Memorial Hospital in downtown South Bend Wednesday night. The tribute culminated in a prayer at the hospital intended to lift up medical staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
