Reporter and Assignment EditorRachel Schnelle previously worked for Columbia, Missouri's NPR affiliate, KBIA - where she covered politics, healthcare, education and social justice. She was the first Aviva Okeson-Haberman Summer News Intern for KCUR 89.3 in Kansas City, MO.
Rachel is a student honoree of the 2022 Women in Media Gracie Award. She graduated from University of Missouri's School of Journalism in 2022.
