Delphi murders

Richard Allen has been found guilty of the murders of teen girls Abigail Williams and Liberty German, in February of 2017.

The Carrol County prosecutor and attorneys for Richard Allen reached a "partial agreement" that would pull jury members from either St. Joseph County or Allen County.

The Delphi man accused of killing Abby Williams and Libby German in 2017 was in court this morning. 50 year old Richard Allen did appear in person.
