Kick off the holiday season with friends and family on a holiday hayride through beautiful Bendix Woods in our winter-themed hay wagons! Enjoy hot cocoa and treats by the fire, create a holiday craft, and make merry in a holiday atmosphere. Registration and payment required by Wednesday, December 3.
The LaGrange County Parks Department is hosting the 2026 Trail of Lights , Christmas in the Country, at Delt Church Park.
Open nine evenings from 5:30 - 8:30pm: December 4-6, 11-13, 18-20
Enjoy walking the nearly 3/4 mile wooded ADA-accessible park trail lined with Christmas lights and displays.Afterward, join us in the Greenwood Pavilion for cocoa and cookies next to the fireplace, while supplies last.
Enjoyment fee: please share a donation matching your enjoyment and/or budget to help us fund next year's Trail of Lights improvements and additions.

The 53rd Annual Madrigal Dinners are a holiday delight and a Saint Mary's College tradition.

Christmas in the Village: “Celtic Christmas” — Celebrate the magic of the season featuring two enchanting performances: Saturday, December 6, 2025, 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, December 7, 2025, 4:00 p.m. “What a beautiful time of year to share holiday favorites, infused with the spirit and charm of Celtic music—plus a few delightful surprises along the way. Join us for an unforgettable musical journey that blends the warmth of the holidays with the rich traditions of Celtic sound, featuring Vocal Vision, Vocal Vision Youth, Vocal Vibes, members of the Symphony of the Lakes, Grace College’s Lancer Chorus, and a guest performance by Celtic Dancers and Musicians.
Tickets are $12 for seniors and students and $15 for adults. Children 5 and under are free (with any ticket purchase).

Elves have hidden ornaments around the St. Joseph County Parks, and they want YOU to embark on a quest to find them! Every Tuesday in December, the elves will unveil clues on the Parks’ Facebook page (facebook.com/sjcparks) to help lead you to the secret ornament hideaways. Join the game, locate the ornaments, snap a photo, and submit them to mgohn@sjcparks.org for a chance to win park prizes!
Our holiday chorus is returning!
Join the women of River Bend Chorus at our Tuesday evenings rehearsals through December 16, and participate with us in any holiday performances... no cost and no expectations.
Whether you're just curious or thinking about becoming a member, this is a great opportunity to find out what it's like to sing with us in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We'd love to have you!
Rehearsal arrival time is 6:45 pm, and warm-ups begin at 7:00 pm. Guests will be excused at 8:30 pm.
